"My family of 4, which consists of 2 older teenagers, really enjoyed the property. We would have rated it 5 stars, but our room had a slow draining shower and when we ran out of toilet tissue and called house keeping it was never delivered so I had to go to the front desk and get it delivered there. I knew of the $35 self parking fee from other reviews so that wasn't a surprise. Overall we really enjoyed the property and the location was excellent."

"Great experience with Puneet at the front desk. He provided excellent information during the stay while I was traveling with family and kids...At some point we run out of milk late a night and were able to get additional for the little ones from the store."

"Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and lots of luxury extras. We enjoyed our stay. There were only a few things that didn't make sense to us: 1) Check-in time was 4pm, but the pool closed at 5pm, so we did not have a chance to use it by the time we got settled in our room and changed. 2) We were told our Expedia booking did NOT include breakfast, so we planned for our group to meet for breakfast in the hotel restaurant the next morning, but then found out in the morning that the restaurant was not open for breakfast. 3) After checking out we received a text message from the hotel asking how we enjoyed our breakfast - so we are confused. Overall, the hotel is excellent and the location is perfect for walking around exploring NOTL."

"It’s a decent hotel near Clifton Hill. The beds are not very comfortable. The pool was fine, but not fantastic. The breakfast was good. The room slept 2 adults and 3 kids, with one kid in the pull out couch. The air conditioning worked great in the middle of a heat wave."
