「Very welcoming environment with friendly and helpful staff.」

「The room looked ok but on closer inspection not so good! Bathroom had mould in the tile grout in the shower and the remaining bathroom was bare plaster. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The bathroom had some sort of sewage maceration system that would go off every hour throughout the night! Nobody knew how the tv worked!! Four remotes for 1 tv!! They then had to go out for batteries as nobody could get it to work! There were thick cobwebs around one of the pictures but the room was...

「It was nice to stay in an older building in the area to feel the historic charm, but the slanted hallways, stairs and uneven floor boards in the room took away from the charm and instead signaled a lack of investment. We spent most of our time outside the hotel so I can't really comment on the amenities.」

「Bedrooms were a little bit dated. Bathrooms were refurbished. Very nice. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner coffee stains on the wall. Staff were very helpful. The Dune bar could’ve done with small staff. They were rushed off their feet.」
