“Our stay was fantastic in Estes Park. The views from the upper porch were worth the price alone. My boys enjoyed the hot tub nightly. The space was comfortable to sit and read a book or just chat. Plenty of space for all 4 of us and all was very clean. We took advantage of the washer and dryer before leaving town. Linda was helpful in everything we may have needed. Definitely would recommend this location for visitors to Estes Park. ”

“Sophia’s property is about a 10 min drive from Red Rocks which is absolutely amazing after sitting in concert traffic. The area is full of stores and restaurants . “We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice……

“This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again!”

“Jeff’s place is a cozy and perfect place to stay if your going to see a show at Red Rocks, or are wanting to explore the nearby area. Morrison was a quaint little town and the surrounding area has so much hiking and beauty. Jeff is a very hospitable host and kept in good communications with us throughout our stay. He was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early as well. Thanks Jeff!”

“This place was amazing, functional in every way, perfect for a big family gathering. The loft was a little iffy, but a perfect adventure for kids! Will absolutely stay here again when traveling back to Denver- even talked about making it an annual event! ”

“Well located property, quiet neighborhood, expansive back yard with front and back porches elevated above street level. Nicely decorated, easy to adapt to. We were able to park 2 cars off street in driveway. No washer and dryer available and limited Television reception. All concerned we had a very positive experience.”

“Saw shows over the weekend at red rocks. Best band in the land, Widespread Panic. Fantastic location. No A/C in July was not an issue. Will be back!”
