「The room was below expectations. It was worn and rundown. It had a lingering cigarette smell. There was filth and scum around the toilet seat. The carpets were stained. Lack of kitchen items and the glassware was dirty. Only one pillow per person. The sheets were worn. In looking for an additional blanket I was unsure if it was even clean! The unit was shabby and not well-maintained. Did not look like the pictures! We actually packed up and left without even staying - moved over the the Meriton...

「The apartment was clean, small and about 500 metres from the shops on Middle Head Road. Parking is available on the site but only on a first come first serve basis. There are eight apartment but only three spaces available. This was first mentioned to us about 10 hours before book-in, after payment. Luckily, we secured a spot and left the car there and caught public transport. Accomodation is pricey near Balmoral Beach but I do not feel that I got good value for money here.」

「Good wee place for 2 of us to stay, comfy bed, everything we needed - cooking space, washing machine & tv (we didn't use), 2 comfy lounge seats, small outdoor deck space with table/chairs. Great location with street parking, right around the corner a nice cafe and lovely bush walk to harbour. Host very kindly provided extra pillows on request and made sure extra blankets available and was a good communicator. Only potential improvements would be window stays to allow house to ventilate while we...

「Really nice little serviced apartment in a fantastic location. I came down for the Sydney Marathon and the start line was only steps from the door, which was perfect. Friendly and available managers (Jean-Claude & Peggy). Private, quiet courtyard with tables and chairs. Access to (free) laundry machines was much appreciated. I'd come back for sure and recommend highly to anyone doing the marathon!」

「There’s building house construction right on the cross street, everyday 7am will do the construction and it’s really noisy (and even till 9pm sometimes). Besides the noise problem, the room itself is really comfortable and clean」

「The location was great to catch the train from Milsons Point station. It takes about 10-15mins to walk there. The unit was clean. We had minor issues with the bathroom door because the rail track on top of the door was off. Overall the experience was good.」

「What an amazing place to stay with the best views of Sydney harbour , opera house and luna park . Spacious apartment with all you could need including a much used coffee machine ! Great links to buses and ferries from just outside the apartment linking you with Sydney and surrounding beaches. Loved every minute of this stay」
