「There was some difficulty finding the property and when found there was another car taking up two car spots causing a problem. This car was still taking up two spots even when we left so the owner was not informed. After some time we found the main office and were given the keys. All good helpful people in the office.」

「This room was not as described! It was 2 blocks from beach so no view at all. The apartment was old and very dated with cheap furniture with extremely uncomfortable beds. Only has air conditioning in the kitchen area with none in the bedroom. It is extremely noisy as people sit in front of the apartment and talk all day long. Also construction going on so more noise plus junk piled up in the street. The tv has no cable or internet and antennae did not work well. Very disappointed. 」

「Hotel was good. Staff need to be trained. It’s ok if you make a mistake. But not over and over again and then lack empathy and do not apologise. The hotel Manager was excellent. 」

「I think the photos are a bit deceiving. Front sliding door was broken. Bathroom was a laundry. Also no information on the listing about how dangerous and under construction the front entry route was (up 30 something steep steps) 」

「We absolutely loved staying in Joyce's idyllic home. The surrounds were quiet, the garden was an oasis and the local cafes were fantastic. Joyce is an exceptional host and very communicative. We would 100% stay again.」
