Northern Vietnam Business Hotel

"If you want a luxurious place to stay in Hanoi, The Sofitel Metropole Hotel should be at the top of your list. Built in 1901, it retains echoes of the French colonial era. The service was excellent throughout; from the reception to the breakfast area, and our favourite, the pool bar! Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with a smart TV that allowed us to connect to various services such as Netflix and You Tube. One minor point to note for visitors from the UK - the power point accept UK plugs without an adaptor, which is very handy indeed! This was our second visit to Hanoi. We stayed here for 7 days this trip and we were very sad to leave! Thank you to the all the staff at the Metropole; thank you Hanoi and thank you Vietnam. We will definitely be returning."

"Amazing service, amazing room, amazing people. Stayed there for my husband’s 50th and they went above and beyond. Organised a cake, sang happy birthday, free welcome drink and mini bar then upgraded us to a bigger and better room at no cost. Can’t wait to stay again"

"Very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Book here if you want a nice view of the city. Only problem with this hotel was the humidity in the rooms. Rooms feel muggy and could use a humidifier to clean the air. Outside of the air quality, my room and view was amazing and clean. I would stay here again if air quality/moister is fixed. "
