“Extremely rustic, not at all updated and ugly furnishings and bedding. Bugs and cobwebs everywhere. The silverware drawer was full of crumbs and dirt. No throw blankets, no beach towels, no Tupperware. The garage opens into a bedroom. If you’re looking for just a place to sleep, close proximity to the town and beach and not much else, this could work for you.”

“This was perfect. We were here for a wedding and this place puts you RIGHT downtown; walkable to everything in Charlevoix itself.Communication from the host was great and made for a seamless process for check in and check out.The stairs to the loft bed are VERY steep. Just something to keep in mind. Easy for us, but I would have had second thoughts about someone much younger or much older using them to get to their bed.”

“Welcoming host. Perfect location”

“We had the most fabulous stay at this quiet waterfront property. We enjoyed the view, the private beach, and the sunsets. Great kitchen and updated bathrooms, comfy beds, AC units, and everything we needed to unplug by the lake. Carole checked in often and was a great host!”

“It was an amazing house that fit us all comfortably. Could walk to the water and downtown.”

“We had a great stay! The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our trip. It easily accommodated our group and never felt crowded. The location is excellent and in walking distance to downtown. The owners were friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.”
