“Beautiful neighborhood! We felt safe the entire time. The room was very clean and snacks/water was provided. It was 10 minutes from the House of Blues and close to a lot of other things. Jesus was a great host and communicated quickly with answers to my questions. Parking was free and right next to our room. The bed was firm but comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!”

“The listing does not say you share the property with strangers. I had my kids with me and I could not sleep there because i dont let my kids sleep around strangers. I own my own home I wouldn't have booked the location to let them have a night out if I would have known we would be sharing the house with multiple seperate guest.”

We were only minutes from our son’s family, so the location was excellent. It would have been possible even to walk to Rice Village to meet our family for dinner! There are numerous great restaurants there to choose from to dine away from the unit. The upscale neighborhood is so……

“Smells like pee, the Pac-Man machine is real, the parking is terrible, the neighborhood is sketchy, and the unit honestly smells like pee. Also, it’s a guesthouse not a full house. I’m pretty sure someone will be watching you. ”

Then, on May 31—just days before our trip—the host, Amara, informed me that they could not accommodate our stay because they were changing locations and were no longer accepting bookings.By that point, the deadline for a full refund had already passed. We had arranged flights, a rental car, event tickets, and other travel plans based on this confirmed reservation.……
