Communication was good before the rental but we texted through the app to ask about the battery for the key fob and tell to communicate that we were checking out and never heard anything...

"It's a perfectly fine place. The public areas are mostly clean and updated. However, the fitness center - a main reason I booked - was closed "indefinitely". And the hallway carpets sport some very odd stains. The breakfast was fine - good waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage, bagels, yogurt, etc. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom is just a few too many years past needing a rehab.
