"Highly recommend the resident at Liverpool. Ideal location which is walking distance to many restaurants as well as the docks. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay and even upgrading our room free of charge after mentioning it’s our anniversary. Will definitely be staying here again."

"I had booked a room without a window and upgraded. It was a lovely large double aspect room. The noise from the road both traffic and construction work was fierce. I will return but will ensure I have a room without a window. It will be quieter and I will get sleep. Breakfast was okay. Orange juice was lovely. I was down for 7.30am when it starts. The scrambled egg was stone cold and at best the rest was lukewarm. No grapefruit and/or prunes. The fruit was either an apple or orange. "
