"Room was spacious for a New York hotel. The staff were very helpful and kept cleaned continuously throughout the day. They even offered a hot chocolate bar in the afternoon for free. Definitely would stay here again. "

The beds are extremely comfortable, and the water pressure is on point—always hot, which made a huge difference. The staff are incredibly nice, approachable, and always ready to help. ​One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was really good and a great start to the day. The location is also perfect for anyone needing to get to downtown Manhattan quickly. ​Most importantly, I felt very safe during my stay. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk with professional staff who are very attentive about who enters the building. Overall, it's a clean, modern, and secure spot that I’d definitely recommend."
