"Nicole at the front desk and Natalie at the bar were FANTASTIC. I had a problem with my door key and keyless entry being shut off because I had two rooms booked. Which I should have only had one. The manager said she would look into it and I never heard about it or accommodations. The manager was kind however had no issues expressing her feelings about other customers. Over all, I love Hilton and definitely would recommended someone to stay here if they wanted convenient placement! "
