Grazie !」

「By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven. Grazie mille per tutti, Rosy!」

「Excellent location but prepare for the stairs. 」

「Hallway was really bad smell 🙁. Elevator is not working every day … We can not open windows b/c about close to neighbors. I think I requested street view … but was street view but wrong side . very dirty in front of the door ..Never comeback to that place .Thank you !!!」

「Our flight was delayed I was I formed that I missed check in hours and would be charged an additional fee for an evening check in. We stayed 4 nights, no clean towels, the shower drain overflowed and nobody ever around to call. There are no lights in the hallways or stairwell. We would walk in the pitch dark with the flashlights from our phones. Next to our room was a night club that the party went on all night. Just as you fall asleep the recycling truck comes by every morning and you are woken...

「Great location!」

「It was loud the bed was hard second bed was in the kitchen without aircondition. The bed sheet on second bed had stains.」

「Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo.」

「Our stay was excellent and the Room we had selected was perfect for our needs, basically a large apartment. Location was simply amazing, with a spectacular view from the balcony of the Teatro, we even got to witness the Italian President arrive for a private event from the balcony while we were there which was really cool to say the least. Located just above a lovely cafe with all we could ask for coffee and a cornetto in the morning, drinks in the afternoon and a late night gelato if we wanted....

「Super helpful owner and perfect location. 」

「Almost impossible to find, the directions were very poor and very misleading. The advert gives the impression that the restaurant is at the property but it is in a different location entirely. The check in process was not smooth, there was nobody at the property at check in time and didn’t reply to messages, we had to call the number given and had to self check in」
