“What you see is what you get. The pictures are accurate to how everything looks. A litter smaller than angles suggest but for 2-4 people it is MORE than ample space.The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen and master bedroom and is spacious. The shower is roomy and has a built in seat if needed. The master room is great for a couple while the smaller room is better suited to a single adult or 2 agile youngins. Both have queen/full beds. “We had a great experience at this property. Everything was very clean, updated, and exactly as advertised. The location was perfect—just a few steps away from the pool—and the communication with the host was outstanding throughout our stay. This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice unit that has EVERYTHING you would need to live there during your stay. Great location as the pool and entrance are right outside this unit. This complex is close to all the amenities and maybe 15/20 minutes to the beach. Some very good restaurants and some cool bars..with fun atmosphere.this was our first stay at The Avalon Condos and I assure you we will stay there again. ”

“The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. ”

The only thing that could be improved would be the fact that we could not figure out how the mosquitos were getting in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. On the positive side the room was adorable, clean, comfortable and the host was kind and helpful!”

“This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions.”

“The room was updated somewhat but there were several issues. The toilet rocks when you sit on it, we had trouble 2 mornings with no hot water( someone came to look at it but said only small water heaters for a big place, limited silverware and dishes it’s gone downhill since it was sold and no longer a motel. When you book you have no idea which unit you’re getting . We would have chosen a different room if we knew. Room was dark. The location is great though right on the beach. Not a lot of……
