"It was very easy to check in, staff was nice and the lady at the front desk was informative in terms of attractions all around the area. Parking is accessible as it's located in the property. Walking distance to downtown area considering parking is difficult to find. Overall, I will come back and I truly enjoyed my stay. "

"Front desk staff is great. My only complaint is that they do not clean the rooms every 3 days as promised which is a little annoying but other than that everything else is great. The room is very comfortable and it’s quiet."

"I was in a terrible mood arriving at the hotel because UA messed up my reservation and got me stranded at LAX for two days. Alex cheerfully greeted me at the front desk, making sure I get my WiFi and know where to have breakfast. My room is clean, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel."
