While we enjoyed the convenience, we were disappointed that the air conditioning and hot water did not work properly. Compared to other hotels around northern Italy, it was a bit outdated (elevators, bathrooms, etc.). Parking was a hassle to figure out and cost €20 each night. "

"This is exactly what I would expect from a modern 3* hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Air conditioning worked. Water pressure was on point. (you might think that those last two should be givens, but I've found that a lot of hotels in Europe advertise certain things, and then when you get there, nothing is working). The only negatives I would say was that there was only one power outlet in the room. Any person would have multiple devices these days that need...
