Sunhouse is a beautiful house with breathtaking views of the ocean and the south coast in the sunniest part of the island and of Europe with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, is in a rural area 5 minutes from the beach and the center of Ponta do Sun at an altitude of 190 meters,
perfect for people or groups who like to explore the island or simply rest, offers peace and quiet, is close to many hiking and the motorway network to explore the island.

On the ground floor the large open plan living room together with the kitchen and the bar, offers seating and meals for 10 people, you can be relaxing in the living room and watching the beautiful views that surround them, the living room is equipped with TV Cable and Free Internet
The open kitchen along the living room is fully equipped with a 4 ring hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, kettle, blender, coffee machine, beater, toaster etc.
