"We had a wonderful experience! The staff was kind and very helpful. Our room was stunning and very spacious for a family of 5! The breakfast was amazing, and all of the activities on site were very fun - we especially enjoyed the cooking class! I would absolutely love to return here. "I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. "The location was great- right across the street from the train stop. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and although the rooftop and hotel were busy, we did not hear any hustle and bustle in the hotel room. The only complaint was there was a musty smell when we got off the elevator and onto the floor with the room- it was very strong in the hallway but a little more muted inside the room. Overall it was a nice stay and would go back again."

"The best part of this hotel is the location. It is literally opposite the train station. There’s a Five Guys across the road and a good restaurant just steps away. The hotel is old but fairly well maintained. The toilet is really large and the room itself is quite a decent size. Water pressure in the shower was weak however. The main attractions are within walking distance as is shopping. I would not mind staying here again if the price is good."
