"The room has charging port which does not require me to take out my adapter which is super convenient! Room is very big! Staff also very helpful especially the hotel managers and the Concierge. They also allowed me to deposit my luggage with them even after I checked out to go for day trip. The location also is super close to Nanjing East Road. Recommend!"

"Pros: Clean room and helpful staff. I was able to borrow a universal travel adapter, request an extra pillow, and get daily room cleaning with no issues. Complimentary two bottles of water each day. Convenient location within walking distance to bus stops and the metro. Good breakfast with a rotated menu. Free self-service laundry is a big plus. The washer cycle was quick (about 36 minutes), and the dryer settings were adjustable based on my clothes. Cons: Wi-Fi speed was quite slow. I had to rely on my phone’s hotspot instead."
