「Brand new building, lovely and clean and a fabulous stay, once I found it and got checked in that is. Building is called ‘Moda’ for those looking for it and you need to check in online before arrival but I received no word from the company. The man on the front desk was very helpful, but if he wasn’t there I would have been completely stuck! 」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available.
And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」
