"We had a fantastic stay! Our room was perfect, the staff were lovely and the customer service was top notch. Breakfast was fab, we especially loved the scrambled eggs. My only negative was the Air Con. We were very lucky to be blessed with some beautiful weather during our stay but the heat in the room was unbearable and we both struggled to sleep. "Really enjoyed staying here. Hotel has multiple dining options. I would recommend having drinks are the 12th Knot cocktail bar which is on the last floor of the hotel. The view of the city is amazing from here. The hotel is also very close to Blackfriars station which is very convenient if you are getting to the city by train. The hotel is right on the water so you can always go for a walk along the river."
