"Quirky but lovely old building that puts the modern, often soulless chain of hotels to shame. Our room was clean and packed with amenities. The staff were highly professional and attentive at all times. The Melody restaurant was great and the portion sizes were large! The whisky bar had an incredible range to choose from but could be dangerous! We would definitely recommend this and we will be returning next time we visit London. "

"The place is flawlessly maintained… It’s been upgraded and it is absolutely clean and very lovely… The staff is wonderful and we on top of things… They *do* take a sizable security/potential damage deposit, and they no longer take American Express… So be prepared for that.
But I highly recommend this lovely hotel."
