"Beautiful , updated , modern and very clean. I like the space and the thoughtfulness that they brought into the rooms, they had a couple of plates, plastic forks and spoons in the microwavez Very quiet, comfy beds and good amount of parking spaces even on a busy weekend. Good distance to the town center, downtown and shopping area and very close to restaurants and fast food places, breakfast was pretty good as well. I would come back and stay here again. Thank you and keep it up. "

"Overall our stay was great, beautiful hotel and a great view but our check in experience was horrible. We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! (Again with a crying baby) and then the front desk proceeded to tell us the up charge for the new room (umm that’s not an upgrade). We informed them we would not be paying more (we already had one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel). The associate, said “just wait” While everyone around us was offered a welcome cocktail, we were not. It would have been nice to offer that already free cocktail to us us while we waited. Eventually well after the advertised check in time we were told our room was ready. After an exhausting day and again a crying baby, there was no apology and again everyone around us was offered a welcome cocktail so we eventually asked. The front staff said he was busy and the cocktail was low so we could come back down in 10 mins. It was just one of the coldest and most unwelcoming arrival to a hotel and not what you expect of this high end establishment. Hopefully just a one off problem with a single employee "

"Under 2 minutes to I95, close to Camden,Fells Point,Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium. Harbor East shopping & dining, Little Italy where Sabatino's has the best Bookmaker Salad! Complimentary Breakfast is hot, vast selection, daily menu changes, and friendly attendants. We travel from Florida to Baltimore 3-5 times a year and always stay here."

"3-night business stay. Room was in excellent condition. All amenities worked as expected except ice machine on the floor did not work, so had to go up one floor. Great location for easy walk to downtown Annapolis and Naval Academy. Only critical comment is the lack of any documentation in the room on services, Wi-Fi, telephone how to use TV, etc. Learned by trial and error or calling front desk."

"The stay was very good overall. It was clean and up-to-date. Initially, the Desk Person was not around and no sign or anything to let us know they would be back or when. We arrived a little after 3pm and it took approx. 40 min to get our room as it was not ready.. "
