All this we were willing to endure until we tried to use jacuzzi the night before we checked out and there was no way to use it as the water was way too cold. Next morning no one at desk to let them know these issues and had to go to the clarion next door. Nothing they could do but have them call us. They eventually did and said it was our fault...
