「We never received housekeeping service and after several requests, they brought us fresh towels and emptied the trash. The front desk staff didn't seem the least bit concerned and offered no apology.」

「When arriving to check in there was no one at the front desk. Another lady was already there waiting as well. We waited approximated 5-10 minutes and I kept saying HELLO?? Finally a young man came walking down the hallway, in no apparent hurry and goes behind the counter and says can I help you? This was a bit unprofessional and unusual for the Hampton Inn's normal courtesy and efficiency of service. Other than that experience it was pretty good. The room was very clean as was the dining...

「Pool wasn’t available due to not being cleaned. Room was not ready 6:20pm when we arrived. Very disappointed.」

「General manager was very helpful and personal. Room was clean except for water in bottom of fridge from freezer section. Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers.」

「I did not feel safe during my stay. There were people gathered and smoking right outside the front entrance. The property should provide a designated smoking area away from the entrance. The room was not clean. There were bugs in the room, no hand soap was provided, and the bed linens were in poor condition with noticeable spots and stains on the sheets. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and my experience.」

「Property is good and clean but some of the staff are not polite and friendly. I stayed there for 4 days ( 28 June 26. - 3 July 26). For cleaning every time I have to ask for broom and stuffs which they were not were willing to give easily or have to return right away. For short stay people they have to take care of cleaning at-least on daily basis or provide general cleaning stuffs.」

「This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The room was really clean, came with a microwave and refrigerator. I will say at first the refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should’ve been and the ice in the top part was melting but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly. Well the lady who was there when I was checking out. Overall, I really enjoyed my one day stay here.」
