「Staff was accurate」

「The air conditioner didn't work properly. The room stayed around 80 degrees all night. There was no shampoo in the container and only 1 tissue in the box. When I told the guy at the desk about these problems during checkout, he seemed uninterested and didn't say he was sorry or anything. We won't be staying at that location again.」

「Pool wasn’t available due to not being cleaned. Room was not ready 6:20pm when we arrived. Very disappointed.」

「General manager was very helpful and personal. Room was clean except for water in bottom of fridge from freezer section. Small cafe shop was very poorly stocked which made eating in or snacking more difficult for someone who flew in and didn’t have a rental car. Was warned about walking in the area by couple of ride share drivers.」

「This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The room was really clean, came with a microwave and refrigerator. I will say at first the refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should’ve been and the ice in the top part was melting but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly. Well the lady who was there when I was checking out. Overall, I really enjoyed my one day stay here.」
