"This villa is the perfect home base for exploring St Martin - very clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's even better than the pictures! The view is unbelievably beautiful, with huge sliding screen doors that open directly onto the beach. We spent every night out on the terrace enjoying the warm air and peaceful privacy. "Will definitely work to stay again in the future. Listing specifies hot tub, but there is not one on the property. Totally fine because the ocean is steps away. The only thing missing is back porch or beach able chaise lounge to be able to utilize more options."

"There was plenty of room for 7 people and the property was spotless. Internet and large tv entertained the kids. Kitchen well stocked and nice pool. A/c efficient in all spaces. "We enjoyed the beach and mountain views from the huge rooftop terrace. The side by side apartments worked out perfectly for our family since our children are older. The girls had one side and we took the other with our son. It was fantastic to have 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens! Romario was so helpful and the Dawn Beach Club staff is amazing. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to but you definitely want to have a car. We would definitely stay again."

"The pictures are accurate and house was very nice and spotless. House cleaners came every 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. Disappointed that there was no washer/dryer. I understood from the listing that it was available….I just would’ve packed differently. Kids enjoyed the pool and the sunsets are amazing. Stacey the house manager was the best! She stayed late to let us in as our flight was late. We forgot something when we checked out and she helped us get it back! I can’t say enough good...
