Perfect location and very nice condo for our girls weekend.

Our trip was wonderful and the condo provided everything we needed. It was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The outdoor patio was private and the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Lastly, the neighborhood was very walkable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Great second story home with a patio to enjoy the sunset. Close to the beach, wharf, marina, State Street and the Funk Zone. Comfortable beds and living space.

Beautiful home, great location. House was clean, lots of amenities, very comfortable. Close to beach and downtown. Jeannine’s was great for breakfast. Just an FYI for our-of-towners—Santa Barbara is not sunny in June! They call it the June Gloom. It was chilly! Would stay in this house again!

Great Stay in a Great Location

We were very impressed with this rental. The location is fantastic. Close to the beach and the Funk Zone. We walked everywhere. The condo was comfortable, clean, and perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the outdoor upstairs patio. Great place to sit and have a drink. Check in and out was easy. We were very happy with everything at Seabbatical. Would definitely rent again.
