This was an amazing home for a large multi-generational family. It was a wonderful month, and a great way to kick-off the summer. We swam in the pool and hung out in the gorgeous back yard that had multiple heating lamps, a hot tub, and a fit pit. The house was within walking distance to Butterfly Beach and a quick drive to East Beach. When we had a few issues with the hot tub and lights in the house, we had someone come to the house quickly and fixed everything in a timely fashion. The Casago team was also wonderful to work with and provided great recommendations and answered all of my questions.

7 of us ages 4 to 81 found our ten days so enjoyable. Perfect location, well stocked kitchen with many appliances and staples. Heated pool and hot tub used everyday. Everyone had their own room, 4 plus pool cottage bedroom, bath, kitchenette and sitting room.

The house is lovely; very comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen and wonderful front and back yards. It is walkable or a short drive to the village and Butterfly Beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great location near Montecito village. Clean, spacious, and well-furnished home. Fully-stocked kitchen. Great backyard for lounging and dining with a pool/hot tub, gas BBQ, and fire pit. Would be thrilled to return.

We had a lovely 5 night stay at Casa Algeria in June. The house is lovely with plenty of areas for a larger group to be together or have “alone” time. The lap pool has a retractable cover which was nice since we had two young children playing in the backyard. Very nice property.

There is not much that one could ask for that wasn't there. The property is beautifully appointed, with ample space and a lovely layout affording privacy and togetherness as desired. The location cannot be beaten, with Montecito and Santa Barbara just minutes away. Access to amazing cycling routes, and awesome wine country. I could go on and on . . .

My teenage daughter and my parents and I stayed in Casa Algeria over our spring break for a week. The location is perfect, within cycling or even walking distance from Montecito village and the beach, and the house is a gem. Everything was perfect for us and three generations enjoyed every moment of our stay. The few questions we had were answered immediately by Signature staff. We enjoyed time in the pool and pool house, the hot tub, cooking in the lovely kitchen, jaunting over to Montecito village and the restaurants, and many other touristy activities from this wonderful central location. The street is quiet and pretty and we felt completely safe and welcome. We will most definitely come back again and bring the rest of the family. Everything we needed was available and it really felt like our home for a week. Until next time!

We just spent four incredibly beautiful days in Casa Allegria! Our family gathered for our bi-annual get together and we all collectively decided this was the best place ever, and a new tradition was born! We have always rented homes for our gatherings as we enjoy the casual environment for our young grandchildren. Casa Allegria was clean, organized and so well stocked. The pool, hot tub, outdoor gardens and outdoor living areas were clean and very comfortable. My son-in-laws, the chefs of the family, could not believe how well stocked the kitchen was with equipment, and very nice equipment! We all slept well in comfortable beds with the finest sheets and pillows! The staff at sbexclusive were all very helpful and a delight to work with from the very beginning. We are already looking forward to next year's family reunion in Casa Allegria!l Thank you, Paulina
