「Amazing property and great host!」

「This was an ideal place to meet up with our friend who lives in the area. We spent our time reminiscing around the hot tub while enjoying the outdoors. Nice and peaceful place. We were allowed to check in a little early. If ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here.」

「Directions need to be clearer, because GPS takes one to the front of the house. The toaster did not work. The wifi worked only half of the time. It took a LONG time to get hot water. But great location, clean place, comfortable bed」

「In a good neighborhood, restaurants were within walking distance. Apartment was in a neutral area where we could get to st. Simone, jeckyl island and savanna. And Winn Dixie was down the road.」

「We really loved this cozy little condo, steps from the beach. It was comfortable, and met all our needs for a trip to attend a dear friend's wedding. Well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in a few times. My ONLY complaint (a small one) is that we found that previous guests had put dishes away dirty, so we had to wash them before using.」

「It truly was a perfect p!ace for us. It was close to everything. We went out to eat lunch and did not have to walk a b!ock. We wanted to go to a concert on the waterfront and did not walk a block.There are restaurants and bars and shops. All are so close. There is even a cute bakery for breakfast or lunch right down stairs. You can not go wrong staying here. Also the Host is more than happy to help with whatever you need.We will definitly be staying here again.」

「Property was clean and organized. Honestly nothing special about this place but it was perfect for the few nights we were there and I felt safe and clean. Overall i would reccomend. The check in was a bit confusing for me but it was quickly cleared up with a phone call. Worth it for the price and location!」

「This was a great condo for me, my teen daughter and her friends. The unit is not modern or fancy, but very clean and comfortable for our group! It’s in a good central location just a short drive from the village area or beach. Very good value!」
