“The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.”

“My wife and I stayed for 4 days , but he first night we had a small problem with the room and spoke to Megan the next morning … she immediately gave us a new room. The next morning I came out and maintenance was in the room fixing the problem ! Megan was extremely helpful and friendly!
