"The perfect stay the night before a flight from BHX, although its super close too to NEC and resorts world. Rooms are clean and if you ask they can try to get you room with a runway view. Fully reccomend if you want to take the stress out of flying as you can wake up, cross the rosd and you are in the temrinal. Staff are pleasant and their are good options for both the bar menu and room servicwe."

"Room needed a little attention to walls...mattresses a little too firm otherwise fine for 1 nights stay."

"We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering."

"Breakfast was amazing. The view was great. I love a rooftop, and Sky restaurant is one of my favourites when I am in Birmingham, and to have breakfast there was such a treat. The hotel is one of the best I stayed in. Definitely will come back. "

"Unfortunately the room wasnt clean properly even the shower had water on the floor breakfast only had few options and the parking fee was higher than even a regular holiday inn. The chair in the room had stains on it sofa innthe room had marks as welk and the bed lining was also coming off from everywhere. The only good thing was the staff at the reception other than that sorry had a veey bad experience "

"All a bit chaotic with a refurb underway giving the feel of a building site at reception and the bar/restaurant areas. Not made aware in advance which wasn’t appreciated. Room was okay albeit we did get assigned to a room which was occupied which was cringy. £15 for overnight car parking which is up 50% from February last year. Not impressed with that."
