"Booked a deluxe room for 2 nights. Allocated a substandard room, needing refurbishment, tired with curtains hanging off poles, dark and dingy with broken tiles in the bathroom. Staff in denial initially, eventually moved into another much better standard of room. On our departure we had no hot water. ..."

"Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room."
