"Everything was good except the bed was hard and squeaked anytime there was movement. House keeping did knock on the door in the morning thinking we had checked out because "thats what the computer said""

"The doors off to the side of the front door had no key locks. Anyone could have snuck in and not been seen from the front desk. I saw a small roach crawling on the wall of my room. The parking lot lightning is not sufficient enough for safety. "

"Very nice and quiet spot to stay. Very clean and stocked with snacks and games. The tabletop fire was a perfect end to the night. Will definitely stay again when visiting okoboji! Only complaint is there were a lot of spiders around the outside of the front and back door."

"This property was exactly as advertised. The contact person was quick to respond with all of our questions. I’m a clean freak and I gave this 4 star because of carpet and some furniture. Overall it was a good place for my family of 8 to stay."

"Overall was extremely dirty with rust, mold on the bathroom ceilings, chipping paint, tiles falling off the shower walls, carpets that felt oily. Hallways smell damp. The staff was very kind, though. Beds were okay. Smelled clean. Unfortunately the pictures did not match the state of the rooms. I do not think there is much that could be fixed here without major repairs. "
