“Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel to rest during my trip, but the actual condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The cleanliness was very poor, and the facilities were outdated and badly maintained. The real experience was far from what was shown online. After staying only a few hours, I decided to check out immediately and book another hotel because I simply could not tolerate the environment. I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was……

“Property was old, tired, and run down. But it was close, under a $100 and better than sleeping on the floor at the airport due to a canceled flight..”

“Six of us made a trip to Chicago and stayed at this location. The place is very roomy with a full kitchen. There was public transportation nearby to get us ro everywhere we were going ( Field museum, Grant park, Navy pier).”

“Property manager always reached back out when I had a question so I really appreciated that. Place was about 20 ish minutes (30 ish with traffic) to the main tourist area which wasn’t too bad. Only thing I would change is adding a bit more equipment to the kitchen for guests to use such as napkins, a bit more toilet paper for the bathrooms, cleaner blankets, maybe a bit drawings offered to use for the kitchen like most rental places have but besides that, not a bad place at all and the……

“You would never believe this !! There are bed bugs in this “best “ motel !!! I got bed bug bitten on my second night of stay . I found it out on my way back to my country! I can tolerate Floor was sticky , bug was on te wall . Bed sheet was yellow and have some darker stain . I was asking front desk to change clean sheet , they gave me some sheet hard and has zip ( I realized now this is bedbug protector !!). Terrible place , will never ever go again . This kind of motel should not be here……
