The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would gladly stay here again in the future. ”

“The service the staff provided was exceptional!! The room is a little dated ; carpet, bedding, lighting and bathroom. I felt I overpaid for my stay when considering what I got, the EXCEPTIONAL service helped soften the blow but could not make up for the overall cost per night that I paid.”

“The room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was free and nice spread with many different options. Kerig coffee makers in room nice touch! The staff was friendly. Only wished was more directive that parking is in back and how to get to it. On front is street side and no parking. I wish they would send u email/text saying parking entrance in back. Me and my family would stay there again!!”

“Kimberly and Chashona were so nice, friendly and helpful the entire stay. The hotel room was nice except for the pillows which had no support at all and needed to be upgraded. The staff were able to get my room ready earlier than 3pm as I had an engagement scheduled downtown @ 4pm. I was able to check in early and get to my appointment on time. My only issue was that after check in my room was never cleaned by housekeeping..I had to seek them out for clean towels. My bed never got made nor……

“Disgusting. Bugs and dirt everywhere. Stained sheets, mold and cigarette smoke tar on the walls, fire alarms and smoke detectors has bags taped around them, the window was broken with a hole in it, smelled strongly like cigarettes. I slept on the car instead cause they would not give me a refund.”
