Basement apartment is very well kept with anything a guest could ask for including supplies in both the kitchen and bath. Owners checked in multiple times to ensure a wonderful stay. Their backyard is a delight! The hot-tub and sauna are an added bonus on an already fantastic stay. Definitely hike Roxbourough Park nearby. I look forward to staying again! ”

“We stayed at Lucien’s place while in town for a friends wedding. It was the perfect location to get around Denver, see Red Rocks, and have some space to relax and decompress. Lucien’s dogs are also very friendly and easy to be around, making one of us with dog allergies very comfortable.”

“Peaceful and has all the amenities you could need. The Denver allergens did not agree with me and the humifier in the room was very helpul. Bed was comfy, plush towels, and has a great yard for the pup to explore. Great walking trails and the location is great. Has shopping and plenty of restaurants close by. No complaints.”
