“This was a great hotel in Windsor. Close to a ton of restaurants, clean, helpful staff and the pool and gym were well equipped with clean towels. Kids loved being able to have their own beds (had a 2 queen and one sofa pull out) room was spacious for four and surprisingly quiet being on the main road that heads over the border to Detroit. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the region”

“Our stay was fantastic. From quick and friendly check in to a spotless room, it was a great stay. Breakfast was fantastic, there were four breakfast attendants ensuring everything was cleaned and the food was fresh and full. The location is also great. We'd absolutely stay again!”

“It was a great property to stay at. All we needed was a bed and a shower, and both fit our needs. Having the full sized fridge and microwave was a bonus. The only issue was parking was further away from the building, but that was not a huge issue.”

“Beds were comfortable. Rooms somewhat smaller but clean and not a big deal overall as we only stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The water dispenser in the lobby was empty and the lady said we’d have to get water elsewhere. Not sure why they don’t have someone replace it for customers. Was empty for the full days we were there but did see someone using it when we arrived so they got the last of the spring water. At breakfast the attendant said the waffle batter……

“No slippers provided, ( they said will provide when booked) called the front desk, and just say sorry at first place. Then I complain, because no slippers, how could we do the bath. Then they suddenly drop off slippers. Also, when we check in, they mentioned we could take drinks from minibar, no charge. We took the water and coke. Then we got charged when we check out. Very disappointed experience.”
