「The room is extremly small than expected. Lack of table top for placing stuff.」

「I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. 」

「There was some information which was not clear for me, partly because of my assumptions. By 4-bed apartment, I understood it to be 4 bedrooms and a living room, but there was no living room or any other room suitable for a group of 12 friends to have meals and time spent together. When asked about an additonal second toilet, I was under the impression that there is a toilet in the bathroom and another separate one, but there is only 1 for so many people and it looks quite rundown with brownish...

「With a group of 4 adults and 1 boy aged around 3, the hotel room was small but very clean. Having considered the price and its location, I was more than satisfied with this. I especially like the arrangement that you need to ring the bell before entering the hotel, which provided me a sense of security. I will definitely book this hotel again if I have a change to pay a visit to London!」

「Everything is good except the bathroom. The water will splash out of the shower area and the floor of the bathroom became wet. It would be better if sliding door was installed for the shower.」
