Very loud with neighbors in the duplex next door due to crawl space that cause echos. Check in instructions need be updated as the unit has changed and misleading on what to look for upon arriving. “This was our second time staying in the Sand Pearl unit. Perfect size for my husband and I. So cozy, comfy and peaceful inside and out. Love the cottagy feel. Step outside and stroll to the beach or the bay and watch the dolphins play, grab a drink oceanside, catch one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see, and you can top the night off at one of the local restaurants just around the corner. We will return. ”

“First off, my biggest compliment is the price with all the fees (which were a lot) wasn't worth it. I feel like we could have stayed at a 5 star hotel for the price per night after all the fees were added. The property was a little run down. The front door handle fell off twice during our stay for example. The bathroom door is a barn door with a gap so no privacy at all. There were some other small things that made it overall not the best for the price. The”
