"Great location, very clean, comfortable and good amenities including washer/dryer. Loved the smell from the popcorn shop on the first floor as you come through the first floor entrance, yet you hardly notice it on the second floor which is where the apartment is. Our only complaint was the single water filter pitcher in the refrigerator is inadequate and we had to buy bottled water for drinking etc."

"The suite was as pictured and described. The bed linens and down comforter was so soft and the mattress firm but soft. Slept great!! I enjoyed the bright decor and colors. Excellent 70” tv and was happy to have HBO Max + cable. The heating system worked well although maybe add a small one to the bedroom. Bathroom was clean but very small and tight space between toilet and tub. Overall really enjoyed myself!"

"The owners were wonderful and always tried to make sure we stayed active by giving us tips for activities. The place was within walking distance from many restaurants on Front street near the falls. There is only one parking spot and around the outside of the apartment is cluttered. The inside was dark and still could use updates and completion work. "The property exceeded our expectations! It was a great place to stay, had plenty of space for people to sleep and tons of activities. Definitely recommend!"

"My only complaint is the quality of the nattresses. The mattresses were covered with plastic. Every time my husband moved, he woke me, and vice versa. The matress creaked, was lumpy, and i felt like i was sleeping on soggy cardboard. Also i couldn't find any potholders in the kitchen. All in all it was a great weekend"

"We had a loved one admitted to Cleveland Clinic for a few weeks. This apartment was perfect for our stay. It's only about a 15 minute drive from the main hospital. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Brian is an excellent host and was very helpful."

"Located in the heart of Peninsula. Parked the car on arrival and it never moved until we left two days later. Easy walking access to restaurants, a new coffee/wine shop, several shops, walking trails, the train depot, and multiple churches. It is located upstairs to a popcorn store, so the whole place has a fragrance of popcorn which we found pleasant. Looking forward to another visit in the future."

"The space was very clean, functional, and had all of the amenities you would need. We were not placed in the space listed, though we did end up in a larger unit with a separate bedroom. Our check-in was a little confusing and communications could be slow at times throughout our stay, but we were consistently assisted by our friendly hosts. All in all, it was a good spot in a great location."

"Out property was very clean, not luxurious but comfortable. It was convenient to downtown, the pro football hall of fame, the rock and roll hall of fame, and the national park. We watched the eclipse from the sidewalk and it was spectacular. Our host was helpful, and left us a nice bowl of fruit."

"Cottage is very clean with one exception, the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use a little attention. I was excited because it was described as a "Lakeside cottage", but the outside really needs some TLC. Nice if you are the indoor type, but not much outside appeal."

"Rented this place over Christmas holiday for for extended family to stay while in the area visiting parents. Very clean, newly renovated, lots of room, sleeps 8. In a great location close to groceries, shopping, national park, Hudson, Peninsula, Kent, Akron. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in town."
