「Code to room wouldn’t work. No one on site to help after 4pm. Never able to get into our room. Has to find another hotel. Refused to refund our money. STAY AWAY!」

「Windows do NOT lock. Be aware of this! When I asked staff about it she said they all don’t lock and we don’t usually have an issue with it. I was not happy at all. Property needs maintenance. Our room had trim boards coming undone on the ceiling, sink didn’t drain well. Trim on floors dirty, wallpaper was loose and really old looking. Had a hair dryer that was probably from the 70’s with a very low setting only. No microwave in room. Little (past years breakfast room) has an old small...

「We were pleasantly surprised with how well we liked our stay. It was a stopover for the night before we went to Mackinac Island. The fridge had a freezer that actually froze our water which is usually does not freeze well at other hotels. They also had folding tables to eat on, which was convenient.」
