"The people were very friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. The only thing that was bad was the swimming pool was not working."

"The check in was a bit frustrating because we were on time but the room was not ready for another 90 minutes and even then it wasn't so I had to take 2 queen beds instead of a king which was fine. My husband waited in the valet lane for 90 minutes also. Apparently there was a country singer concert later that evening and everyone was checking in at once. Unfortunately the valet guys were disorganized so that did not make the process go any smoother. Once we were checked in, though, everything was great. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and I had the best spinach omelet I have ever had from the headliner restaurant. "

"It's was a great experience! If I'm ever in Cleveland this will be my go to for a place to stay. The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds very comfortable and the view of the downtown was very nice as well! I couldn't hear any noise other than the cars outside. "

"Issue w shower water temp adjustment"

"The lobby was clearly new and refurnished, but not so for the rooms, which looked like they hadn't been redone in a couple of decades. There weren't enough towels for 4 people on check in and it took 3-4 minutes for the water to get hot for each shower. "

"Perfect location - close to Stadium and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame - with great views. Be prepared for additional charges for parking upon arrival."
