"Great rooms great service"

"We stayed in the family select section and there was so much attention paid to stocking the room with things we would want and need. They understood our son is older (12) and made sure there were age appropriate things for him to do for fun. Each building has a personal butler and concierge who offered to plan an itinerary for us every day based on how we felt. There are so many activities including, we were always finding new things to do every day. The room was perfect: spacious and well designed so we could all get ready and have privacy when we needed it. We found the whole property spotless and the service amazing. The check in process was one of the best check in experiences we’ve ever had. There was a lounge my son could get snacks and drinks and play Xbox while we handled check-in. The staff as so accommodating and go out of their way to get you everything you want. We never found an issue getting a lounger near the pool or in a prime spot on the beach. We never waited along for anything. My son played soccer at the sports Center each night before dinner, and they would send a golf cart to pick him up and take him to the game. One evening he wanted to stay in after having too much sun, and they sent him room service with all his favourite foods. The wifi is excellent if you need it. We’d definitely come back!"

Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more… Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best! "This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice. We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes walk away. Keep in mind, being outside the main hotel zone food options are limited to a few hotels unless you have a car to drive into town or to the hotel zone - so we recommend renting a car or scooter. We would also highly recommend finding the Mexican cooking from scratch class in a private Tulum home - it was a great experience."
