This location is conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk from the Kanda train station (Kanda is one stop from Tokyo terminal), making it a great location, especially if you're going out all day and only using hotel for sleeping at night. Small restaurants nearby and a Family Mart right across the street.

Good budget comfortable hotel with all necessities

Small one bedroom hotel with all necessities nicely placed. For those who want to find a comfortable place to sleep with low price, this is recommended.

Accommodation was pretty good. Mandatory cleaning of room every 3rd day if your staying multiple days with the ability of getting it cleaned sooner if you want.the vending machine on the 3rd floor was only alcohol though which was a shame,luckily theres a 7/11 and lawsons at each corner

The room smells like wet towel. I dont think there is enough ventilation in the rooms. If u are travelling alone this would be a good cheap option. Pillows are not so good. The bed has like a sink hole in the middle. I love how they bring u new towels everyday tho. Very small room. Location is close to Kanda station.

Expensive hotel offering little

It was extremely expensive and definitely not value for money. The new “eco way as we are helping to save the planet” policy of not cleaning the room daily is laughable. It’s obvious they don’t have the staff - nothing to do with the planet. Staff couldn’t even identify the nearest shopping mall! Only 1 English speaking channel (BBC) after all these years of business travellers coming through to Tokyo. AU$215 per night when a capsule hotel would have been just as comfy & have just as many conveniences!

部屋の状態や設備など、満足いくものでした。 朝食を利用させて頂きましたが、味などは問題なく美味しかったですが、サラダ(生野菜)が無かったのは残念でした。 あと、ホテルの規模的に無理だと理解はしていますが、エレベーターが一台しかないので、時間帯によっては乗れないこともあり、とにかく時間を要してしまうのでストレスを感じるところです。
