This is the loveliest hotel we have stayed at in Tokyo; it is very new, clean, modern, but doesn’t lack for old fashioned top notch customer service; it feels that there are two staff members per guest due to the attentive nature of their service. Our room was spacious with jaw dropping city views from floor to ceiling windows; king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, complete with free standing tub was pure delight after a busy day traveling; Dinner: Michelin ranked Japenese French fusion 10 course meal surpassed all expectations; the meal carefully constructed and plated with care was an awesome experience; Help from concierge was appreciated - thanks JUN! Despite being in the middle of all Shinjuku has to offer, one block from the Shinjuku station, this Luxury hotel checks all the boxes;

Amazing views from 40+ floors up above the Tokyo skyline. The room was large and incredibly well appointed. The bar, restaurant and lounge area at the top were all great experiences…as was the elevator ride up/down.

A superb hotel

Tokyo isn't an exotic location but the room and staff at Bellustar make you feel like you're in your own little bubble. The rooms are fab, the staff are some of the most helpful and attentive I've ever encountered, couldn't recommend more. Spa as well, beyond excellent, both facilities and treatments. One point for improvement - coffee and breakfast at the hotel aren't wow, but everything else really is.

A wow factor hotel and we very much enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at Bellustar. The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was large and tastefully decorated. Excellent bath. It has every amenity we could think of in the room. And yes the toilet door is clear but there is a dividing door that you can close when privacy is needed. The area is busy and bustling. Shinjuku is where the action is. Even on the 41st floor we could hear the trains and sirens at night but we didn't mind as that is part and parcel of being in a city like Shinjuku. Everything is right there (if anything we found it overwhelming how busy it was). Shinjuku station was about 10 min walk - the Subnade shopping centre was a nice walk to get to the station. Definitely recommend Bellustar if you are looking to stay in the heart of the action.

This is a newly opened hotel from 2023, and it’s perfectly situated with plenty of shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The lobby is located on the 18th floor, while our room was on the 43rd. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views that were absolutely amazing. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We had such a great time there.
