"I arrived at Long Doo hostel mid morning on 13th January. I had booked and paid for 11 nights 2 weeks prior to travelling. I booked & paid for Mon nite cos i wanted to check straight in without having to wait till 3pm. I arrived to be told they had let my bed go. 😡😡 thought i wasn't going & without foning to check, just let it go. While it didnt bother me, the water heater on the shower in my room didnt work. Thailand is hot. Cool showers feel fine. The shower water has a sulpher-like smell when it started, but that clears up if you run the water a little while. The bungalows were spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable in the air conditioning was efficient. It had a comfortable front porch to enjoy the view of the hillside. Overall I recommend it.
