「Last minute trip. Not many options. It turned out much better than my expectations. The room is clean and nicely decorated, the bed is very comfy. Separate bathroom comes with steam shower also very roomy and well decorated. The hotel located in the very quiet and safe area. Overall I’ve had great experience. 」

「I adored my suite with a private balcony overlooking gorgeous fields - couldn't be better. The breakfasts were amazing, as were the hosts.」

「The property was charming, we felt like we were home when I walked in. It was Inviting, comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. The host that we had the pleasure of meeting was very personable and friendly. He gave us a lot of good information about the sights and the entertainment available, along with all best dining establishments which included their very own Blackberry Cafe',. YUMMY homemade fresh bagels daily. Headed back next year, if they'll have us. Thank You so much」

「Great Location.Easy walk to downtown yet super.quiet. Beautiful.porches and balconies. Super friendly and accomodating hosts. Spent 2 nights. And will return.」

「Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! 」

Our room was well maintained and the breakfasts were amazing!! Our hosts took time each morning to check in with us and offer ideas for each day.
