“Wonderful inside and out and so relaxing. This property really encourages guests to enjoy being outdoors with a pool, pickle ball, walking bath, putting greens, fire pits and more. The s'mores kit was such a nice treat too! Restaurant was top notch and allergies are accommodated! One suggestion is to give directions to room and chat a bit about amenities and location. We were just handed our room cards with no explanations.”

“The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....”

“We had a Junior Queen Suite. Large room with couch, plenty of storage. Not so good: Bed sagged in middle and mattress was not very comfortable. In addition, party next door left their TV on ALL Night - some talk show apparently. Initially we thought 2 people were talking late into the night, but we woke up a few times hearing the same noise. By the time we realized what was going on, the night was over. Four days later, I find that the hotel charged us $4.64, even though we had prepaid……

“Beautiful grounds, very peaceful. Room was very nice and workout area and classes! if I had one complaint, it would be the food at the restaurant. Had wonderful meals in that area but the meal at Mirabeau Inn was my least favorite.”

“The hotel was nice. Pretty room but it was freezing cold and there was no way to adjust the air-conditioning as there was no thermostat in the room. The room did not have a hair dryer so that was disappointing. The TV showed we could watch Netflix but there was clicker to allow us to sign into our netflix account. The remote only let us watch live TV.”

“Photos are deceiving. The rooms were dirty, floor and the bathrooms were not cleaned at all. ”

“Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. I said very disappointed in the condition of the building……

“It was a very clean room with fresh fruit and snacks. It was very near Gillie pond which worked out perfectly for the triathlon there. Very kind staff and worked out perfectly!”
