"My experience was amazing. The staff were very nice, sweet and helpful and always greeted you.Every time you would pass them, the location is amazing and you are around all the good food as well as the transit bus.And if you don't want to watch it , you can cross the street and hop on the transit bus that goes straight to disney's entrance."

"I love a facility that keep the kids in mind. The arcade and indoor pool and just the set up was enjoyed not only by the little ones but also teenagers and the parents as well. Good customer service by front desk the bartender was okay.."

"The hotel is a convention hotel Westin. It is clean and very nice. It is next door to Disney but not a Disney hotel at all. It felt more like they were a convention hotel that was next door to Disneyland not a hotel catering to Disneyland. It gave separation from the park but if I had it to do over again I would 100% stay in a Disney hotel. They are so much more convenient to the park than this is. I watched many Disney youtube videos that said this was the best place to stay and it is a very nice place to stay but not a good place to stay going to Disney if you can afford a Disney hotel. "
