“Really impressive building, architecturally fully of history. Lovely, welcoming and super hospitable and respectful staff. A bit of a family feel to the place. Warm, comfy, spacious and great shower. Super accommodating of dogs with treats, bowls and bins. Dogs even permitted in the restaurant! I didn’t try the restaurant but breakfast menu looked lovely. In terms of value for money - excellent. Highly recommend. ”

“me and my partner paid extra for private mud bath and spa the staff at the spa were excellent taking us to a private area and making us feel very welcomed around the area. The reception staff were also very helpful and the restaurant was a reasonable price amazing and fast service and the food was amazing would definitely recommend and be staying again”

“A lovely hotel with great facilities. The twin room was huge with plenty of space and really comfy beds! Good value breakfast with lots of options. We also used the pool which was an added bonus. Although mostly adults seemed to be staying in the hotel, my 3 year old was made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back! ”

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”
