“I will start with what we didn’t like, but it did not matter. The outside is not attractive. The kitchen and family area are quite small, which made it a little tight when we were all together at the house. The house is extremely clean and furniture was in good condition. There was ample hot water for a nice shower. Everyone was comfortable with the beds. There was a good parking area. The location is great for Penn State activities, shopping, and restaurants. Overall it is a good place to stay……

“The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college.……
